水泥∕石墨导电复合材料的电导率和含水率研究 被引量:5

摘要 采用硅酸盐水泥与导电填料石墨复合,通过室温模压的方法制备了导电复合材料,测量了电导率和含水率,借助扫描电镜表征了复合材料的微观结构,采用压汞仪测量了孔径大小,分析了石墨含量、模压时间以及水与水泥的质量比对导电复合材料电导率和含水率的影响。结果表明,水泥/石墨导电复合材料的电导率能满足其用于燃料电池双极板的要求,导电复合材料的含水率和孔隙率可赋予质子交换膜燃料电池双极板内增湿功能。 Silicate cement/graphite conductive composites were prepared by mold pressing in room temperature. The electrical conductivity and water content were also measured. The effects of graphite content,mold pressing time and mwater ratio on composite's electrical conductivity and water content were investigated by composite's morphology with scanning electron microscope (SEM) and mercury porosimetry. The results show that silicate cement/graphite conductive composite's electrical conductivity can meet demands of bipolar plate and has inner humidification function for proton exchange membrane fuel cell (PEMFC).
