摘要
以每千克含0(对照组),40g(Ⅰ组),80g(Ⅱ组)LFA_3日粮饲喂AA肉用公鸡4周,检测鸡肉品质。结果表明:与对照组比较,体增重和采食量Ⅰ组分别上升12%和13%,而Ⅱ组则下降10%和7%;但Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组的绝对和相对腹脂重约分别下降38%和43%;Ⅱ组鸡肉脂肪含量下降21.3%,且蛋白质含量上升3%。提示,LFA_3能提高鸡肉的品质。LFA_3的这种作用可能与日粮LFA_3影响肉鸡体内的脂质代谢有关。
After AA male broilers had been fed with diets containign 0(Control group), 40(GroupⅠ) and 80(Group Ⅱ) g LFA_3/kg diet for 4 weeks the quality of broiler meat was deter-mined.The results showed that as compared with the COntrol group, the body weight gainand feed intake in GroupⅠincreased by 12%and 13%,but those in Group Ⅱ decreased by10%and 7%.However,the absolute and relative abdominal fat weight in GroupⅠ andGroup Ⅱ decreased by 38%and 43%,And the fat content of the meat in Group Ⅱ decreasedby 22%,but the protein content increased by 3%. Those results suggested that the quality ofmeat could been enhanced by LFA_3 and it was concluded that dietary LFA_3 may be used as aregulator of lipid metabollsm in broiler.
