The Modern Application of Acupoint Drug Administration

目的:探讨穴位给药在现代给药途径中的意义。方法:对穴位给药的作用机制、类型及其特点,以及作用于穴位的药品上市情况和临床应用情况进行介绍,并比较人类穴位与动物穴位之间的关系。结果:穴位给药具有给药剂量小、起效快、使用方便的特点,在国内外临床已得到广泛应用。结论:穴位给药应成为现代给药体系中重要的给药途径。

Objective： To explore significance of acupoint drug administration in the modem adiministration. Methods： To discuss mechanism, category, characteristics and application in the clinic of acupoint drug adiministration, and to discuss acupoint- drug going on the market, and the relation between people-acupoint and animal- acupoint was compared. Results： Acupoint drug administration need small dosage and little time to attain the same effects, it has extensive use at home and abroad. Conclusion： Acupoint drug administration should become an important way in the modem adminitration.
