摘要
以中花１１号，中系８２１５，０２４２８和早单２号为材料，探讨了基本培养基、激素、添加物和继代方法等因素对细胞悬浮系建立的影响。并获得了这４种基因型材料的细胞悬浮系，总结出建立一个高效水稻细胞悬浮系建立的模式系统，为原生质体的分离和培养打下好的基础。
Taking Zhonghua 11,Zhongxi 8215,02428 and Zaodan 2 as materials,this study dealswith the effective factors:medium' s composition brmones,additives,methods of subculture,etc,which affect the building of cell suspending line.The cell suspending lines of these fourrice genetypes have been built.The aim is to construct a model system which can effectivelybuild rice suspending lines,and to create good conditions for the separation and culture of pho-toplast
