摘要
目的:测定消癌平片中绿原酸的含量。方法:高效液相色谱法(HPLC法),色谱柱为C18柱,流动相为乙腈-水-冰醋酸(8∶92∶1),流速为1.0mL/min,检测波长为327nm。结果:线性范围是0.0816～0.4080μg,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.09%,RSD=1.25%(n=6)。结论:HPLC法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为消癌平片中绿原酸的含量测定方法。
Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determing the content of chlorogenic acid in Xiaoaiping tablets. Methods： The content of Xiaoaiping tablet was determined by HPLC. The analysis was carried on C18 column,the mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-puritied water-acetic acid（8：92 ： 1）,the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the utlraviolet detection wavelength was at 327nm, Results：The linear regression for Xiaoaiping tablet was over the range of 0.081 6-0.408 0μg（r=0.999 9）.The average recovery rate was 99.09% with RSD 1.25% （n =6）. Conclusion： This method was sensitive,accurate,reproducible and exclusive. It can be used for quality control of Xiaoaiping tablets.
