摘要
目的:建立板蓝根中精氨酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC法)测定。结果:精氨酸的浓度在48～240μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r=0.9995;平均回收率为99.55%,RSD=0.73%。结论:HPLC法操作简便、准确,可作为板蓝根中精氨酸的含量测定和质量控制方法。
Objective： To establish the method for determining the content of arginine in Isatis indigotica Fort. with HPLC. Methods： HPLC method was selected to determine the content. Results：The linear range of calibration curve was 48-240μg/mL for the arginine（r =0. 999 5）. The average recovery was 99.55% and the RSD was 0.73%. Conclusion： The method is simple, and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used as quantitative analysis for this preparation.
