泰和鸡生长发育中生理生化特性的研究

STUDIES ON THE PHYSIOGICAL AND BIOCHEMICAL CHARACTERESTICS OF GROWENG TAIHE CHICKS

为深入研究泰和鸡的种质特性，试验用泰和鸡与同期出壳的蛋鸡、肉用仔鸡在同一饲养条件下进行比较，探讨它在生长发育阶段的特点以及血液中血红蛋白（Ｈｂ）、血糖、血浆总蛋白、白蛋白、球蛋白和铜蓝蛋白含量与其它两种鸡的差异。结果表明：６０日龄前泰和鸡的绝对增重与罗曼蛋鸡无明显差异，６０日龄后明显低于另两种鸡：肉用仔鸡有３个体重成倍增长期，泰和鸡仅有１个。泰和鸡血液中血红蛋白、血糖、铜蓝蛋白含量与另两种鸡有较大差异。分析了产生异同的原因，为深入研究泰和鸡的种质特性提供依据。

An experiment was conducted to make a comparison between Taihe Chicks and otherspecies of laying and meat chicks of the same age under the same feed condition for observafionon the specific characteristics of Taihe Chicks. The characteristics of growing Taihe Chicks,the differences in their tatal blood protein,albumin,globulin and ceruloplasmin between Taihechicks and the others were disc uss 1.The results showed that there was no significant dif-fevence in the abselute growth rate between Taih e Chicks and Roman Laying Chicks beforesixty-day age,but Taihe chicks'absolute growth rate was significantly lower than that ofthe others after sixty-day age,There were three double growth periods in broilers, but Tai-he Chicks had only one.There were differences in the levels of hemoglobin, blood glucose andceruloplasmin between Taihe Chicks and the others,and the causes were analysed.This repart gives a reference for deeper studies on the specific characteristics of TaiheChich.
