摘要
○总结了生物材料发展历程,提出了生物材料的发展方向。○认为第三代生物材料应兼具生物活性和降解两种性能,在植入体内后可促进机体的再生能力,从而达到治疗效果。○组织工程学提出了复制“组织”、“器官”的思想,为再生医学的崛起开辟了道路,也为生物材料学的发展提出了更高的要求和拓展了更广大的发展空间。
In the paper, we summarize the developmental process of biomedical materials, and put forward the developmental direction of biomedical material in the future. Third-generation biomaterials possess two properties: degradation and bioactivity, and it can help the body heal itself once implanted. Reproduction of tissue and organ in tissue engineering is a rapidly advancing field that opens new and exciting opportunities for regenerative medicine and biomaterials.
