摘要 采用正交实验法,研究了在无铅基础熔块中,添加纳米Al2O3,ZnO,CeO2,ZrO2对其抗弯强度、维氏硬度及化学稳定性等性能的影响。结果表明:外加纳米氧化铝等可使无铅熔块抗弯强度提高30%,化学稳定性提高60%~80%,硬度提高10%左右。 The effects of nano-sized Al2O3,ZnO,CeO2,ZrO2 on the performances of lead-free frit, such as the flexural strength, HV500 hardness and chemical stability, had been studied using orthogonal method in this paper. The results indicated that the flexural strength was raised by 30%, chemical stability was improved by 60% to 80%,and the HV500 hardness of the samples was raised by 10%,when using Al2O3,ZnO,CeO2,ZrO2 as additives.
