金融集团作为金融一体化的组织模式创新,既带来了成本节约效应和收入效应,也造成了利益冲突、风险扩大、战略目标冲突等管理上的问题。金融集团的组织模式构造必须在综合考虑金融集团组织优劣势的基础上,充分发挥组织优势,合理安排集团总部的职能,采取强化金融集团组织效率发挥的措施。
as one of the organizational innovation in the course of financial integration, financial conglomerates have turned out to be none other than a double - edged sword. On the one hand, financial conglomerates are financially cost - effective; on the other hand, they also give rise to management problems such as interest conflicts, risk level enlargements and conflicts among strategic targets. The organizational structure of a financial conglomerate must be designed on the basis of a comprehensive consideration of the pros and cons of different structures, while exploiting ultimately the advantages of the extant structure and reasonably orienting the role of the headquarter to adopt those measures favorable to the whole improvement of the efficiency of the organization.
