摘要
介绍了逆变波控高速焊系统的总体结构和功能以及其控制系统和控制软件的设计,并 通过试验进行验证。试验结果表明,通过对焊接电流波形的控制,可有效解决短路过渡气体保 护焊的焊缝成形差及焊接飞溅大的缺点,实现高速焊过程。
The paper introduce the structure and function of the high-speed welding system, the design of the control system and control software of the waveform controlled high speed welding by experiment. The result show that it can solve the defect of bad welding seam and big welding spatter of the short transition gas metal are welding by controlling the welding current waveform and achieved the high-speed welding process.
