在激烈竞争的21世纪,企业只有把有限的资源用于核心业务,而把非核心业务外包,才能建立自己的竞争优势。ASP模式是网络时代一种很好的IT外包模式。文章通过分析ASP模式的优势和供应链管理信息系统(SCMIS)中存在的问题,提出了ASP模式下的供应链管理框架模型,并分析了采用这种方式的好处。

In the 21st century of keen competition, the enterprises that use limited reseurce in the core business could acquire competitive advantage. ASP is one of IT outsourcing in the age of net. Through analyzing the ASP advantages and the supply chain management information system＇s （SCM1S） questions, the author proposes a supply chain management frame model under ASP and analyzes the advantages of the model.
