产品知识库构建技术及其工艺智能化创成过程研究

The Constructional Technology of Product Knowledge Database and a Research on the Generative Mechanism of Process Planning

CAPP系统在产品工艺设计过程中的广泛应用,提高了工艺人员的工作效率,能够迅速编制出优化的工艺方案及各种工艺文件,达到缩短工艺准备时间、加快新产品投产的目的。产品知识库包含了工艺设计过程中的相关知识,是CAPP系统中的核心部分。文章介绍产品知识库的基本原理、知识表达和决策方法,阐述了知识库构建过程中的相关理论及其若干关键技术。结合eM-Machining软件方案,对产品制造工艺的智能化创成过程进行了深入研究。工程实践证明该方法的可行性,为工艺规划提供了一条新的途径。

CAPP system has been widely used in the product planning process. And it has improved the work efficiency, made it possible to workout better schema and documents, and shortened the preparation and reproduction time. As a hard core of CAPP system, the knowledge database consists correlative information of the planning process, This paper introduces the basic theory, knowledge representation and decision method about knowledge database, and expatiates on the establishment of knowledge database. It also analyses the intelligent generative procedure in process planning combined with eM - Machining Solution. This new process approach proves the feasibility of engineering practice.
