基于以太网方式的自动化立体仓库管控中间件的开发应用

摘要 调度程序在现代物流管控系统中的主要作用是在数据库服务器和控制系统之间起到承上启下的作用,调度程序运行的效率决定着整个物流系统的运行质量,采用面向对象的开发思想可以使程序更加符合实际流程,缩短开发周期。该软件使用了三个线程分别来实现任务读取、任务转发、任务下发。设计了两级任务缓冲池来存放数据库记录和下发指令的对象实例。数据库任务缓冲池中的对象实例经过算法优化后转入下发指令缓冲池。文章提供一种新的开发思路,实际应用已经证明了其高效率。提出了自动化立体仓库管控中间件开发思想及实现方法,并且在自动化立体仓库管控中间件的通讯方式上采用了以太网的通讯方式,同时在实际的工程项目中加以应用。 Abstract: WES (Warehouse Execute System) is an intermediate in Modern Material Logestic Management System. It works as a connecting link between the preceding and the following. The efficiency of WES is a decisive factor. Object Oriented software development theory has been applied in the WES. The application has shortened the developed period and brought the WES into accord actual working flow more than ever. There are three subsidiary threads besides the main thread. And two task cache pools were designed for conserving object instances. The instance is transferred from one cache to another cache after being produced by the optimizing arithmetic. In this paper,you can find one fire - new developing idea. Facts have proved that the developing idea is very successful. A method of software development is proposed in management and monitoring system of automatic tridimensional warehouse . Ethemet communication is suggested in tridimensional warehouse system.
