摘要
文章介绍了一种基于PLC控制的绕线系统。采用PLC接收控制信号和驱动执行机构,分析了由可编程控制器为核心的控制系统硬件结构以及PLC的控制程序设计。使绕线机缠绕细微漆包线控制准确、稳定。同时利用触摸屏提供了友好的人机界面,实现了绕线工艺的柔性化,工艺参数修改方便;实践证明,上述控制系统应用于绕线机具有操作简单,运行可靠,自动化程度高等优点。
Coiling machine control system based on PLC is designed. Control signal is collected and executing machine is drived by PLC.The control hardware and control software am stated in this paper. Enameled wire is coiled by the machine accurately. Touch panel is applied on realization to I/O control.
