摘要 文章通过引进XY工作台,扩大了研抛系统的加工范围。建立了6自由度机器人的运动变换矩阵,并应用SolidWorks和ADAMS软件,对自动研磨设备进行了运动学仿真研究。仿真结果表明,利用由6自由度机器人和XY工作台组成的自动研磨加工设备进行研磨加工,可以获得较好的加工效果。 This paper introduces a XY worktable in order to enlarge the workspace of polishing system. The matrix of the movement transform for the 6 DOF robot is built. The kinematics simulation of the automation equipment is studied by using SolidWorks and ADAMS. The simulation results shows that the good results can be obtained by the automation equipment which is made up of 6 DOF robot and XY worktable.
