杂种鹅肥肝生产性能研究

选用同批自行孵化、育雏、肥育的１１０日龄朗德鹅、莱茵鹅、丰城灰鹅及朗莱、朗丰、莱朗、菜丰杂交一代肉用仔鹅，在５月阴雨季节，经２５天强制填肥，平均肥肝重分别为５１８．３３、２８８．３３、２９５．００、３９２．５０、３６２．５０、４７３．３３、２８７．５０ｇ，料肝比相应为２７．５９：１、４８．２３：１、４５．７８：１，３６．７５：１、３９．２７：１、２９．２９：１和４９．６１：１。结果表明，朗德鹅、莱朗杂交一代肉鹅是肥肝生产的理想品种（组合）。朗莱、朗丰杂交一代肉鹅均可作为大规模肥肝生产品种（组合）。

Goslings of Landaise geese,Rhine geese,Fengcheng grey-geese and hybridgeese F_1 of Landaise × Rhine,Landaise × Fengcheng, Rhine × Fengchenggeese were tested in thepresent study by means of intensive raising in 25 days in May,The main results showed that thefatten-liver weighed 518.33g,228. 33g,295.008,392.50g,362. 50g,477. 33g , 287. 50g,respectively, and the feed conversion ratio was 27. 59,48. 23, 45. 78, 36. 75,39. 27, 29. 29,49;64 to 1,respectively, The results also indicated that goslings of Landaise geese,hybrid geeseF_1 of Landaise × Rhine were very good combinations for fatten-liver production. and goslingsof hybrid geese F_1 of Landaise × Rhine,L andaise × Feapcheng could be used in large-scaleproduction of fatten-liver.
