水稻细菌性条斑病发生条件的研究

摘要 通过室内外接种以及田间试验,明确了细菌性条斑病在20℃~39℃的范围内均可引起侵染,尤其是在32℃~38℃之间发病最为严重,相对湿度在40%以上及风雨多的年份易发生,伤口有利病菌的侵入和缩短潜育期;淹水和长期深灌水、偏施氮肥和密植加重病害,磷钾肥有减轻病害作用。 The results from the artificial inoculations inside and ou tside the laboratory andthe investigation in the field showed that rice bacterial leaf streak caused by Xanthomonascampetris pv. oryzicola(Fang et al.)Dye could occur at the temperature of 20℃-39℃. Itsoccurrence was particularly severe at 32℃-38℃. The disease was more likely to occur during atyphoon or rainy year, Wound favored infection of the pathogen and could shorten the incubationperiod.Application of much nitrogen,submerging,continuous and deep irrigation, and densetransplantation could aggravate the disease,but phosphorate and potassium fertdizer couldalleviate the disease.
