摘要 针对当前高校电气工程专业教学中存在的专业培养目标单一,教学模式与方法陈旧,不适应学生心理特点以及教师综合素质水平有待提高等问题,结合电气工程专业的教学实践,提出建立综合性强的专业知识结构体系,运用多种教学手段加强学生的感性认识,提高教师的专业水平,促进“产、学、研”结合等思路和教学改革建议,并结合教学实践进行了尝试,取得了一定效果。 Currently, as a result of the education reform and the expanding economy, some new problems have occurred in the teaching of college electric engineering, such as how to renovate the teaching method,how to update the knowledge structure, how to enhance the student's practice capability and so on. Because electric major is a subject of which theory and practice are tightly integrated, it is necessary to reform the concept and the method of professional competence research and study. So combined with the teaching practice of electric engineering, the new problems as how to intensify the students' perceptual knowledge in the electric engineering teaching and learning, how to carry teachers' profession ability to a new level and how to improve professional competence structure were discussed. The problems that occurred during the electric engineering teaching and the related causes were briefly analyzed and then the corresponding settlement and suggestions for the teaching reform were presented. All of above-mentioned were tested by teaching practice and proved to be feasible.
