含水溶剂中泰乐菌素组分A含量与效价的关系

The relationship between the content of tylosin component A and the biological value in aqueous solution

采用高效液相色谱法及生物效价法对含水溶剂中泰乐菌素有关组分和效价的关系进行了探讨。结果表明,含30%水分的泰乐菌素注射液在室温放置1.5年,泰乐菌素主组分A下降了约95%,而效价却上升了约5%;室温放置2年,主组分A的含量降为0,而3批样品的效价却上升了41%～65%。

In this paper, related components and biological value of tylosin in aqueous solution were measured by high performance liquid chromatography （HPLC） and microbiological assay. The content of component A decreased by about 95 % when the injection deposited for one year and a half. On the contrary, the biological value increased by about 5%. After two years, the tylosin component A couldn＇t be detected, and biological value was increased by 41% ～65% of the prescribed or stated amount.
