摘要
介绍了在米波雷达发射机中使用电子管FU 113F作为放大管、采用共栅电路的同轴谐振方腔的设计,重点介绍了构成同轴谐振方腔的输入匹配电路、输出匹配电路和中和电路,叙述了谐振方腔和电子管采用的风冷方法,最后给出了电子管工作时的测试结果。
This paper introduces the FU-11F vacuum tube used as amplifier in the transmitter of metric wavelength radar, which employs coaxial sequare resonator in the common grid circuit. Mainly the input matching circuit, output matching circuit and neutralization circuit which forms coaxial quare resonator are introduced.The air-cooling method for square resonator and vacuum tube is described. Finally the test results of vacuum tube operation are presented.
