摘要
介绍了单电源供电运算放大器的设计方法。使用文中介绍的方法设计单电源运算放大器能巧妙地解决由偏置电压引起的信号摆幅受限的问题,有较高的动态范围,而且具有比交流耦合更高的带宽。通过线性方程描述放大器传输特性,根据方程将放大器分为同相放大正偏移、同相放大负偏移、反相放大正偏移、反相放大负偏移4种不同的配置方式,并给出了每种配置方式下的设计方法和设计电路,具有通用性。
The design method of single power supply OPA is presented in detail in this paper. The novel design solved the problem of limited voltage swing range caused by bias voltage at input of the OPA and achieved higher bandwidth compared to AC coupled design method. The OPA ' s transfer function is characterized by a linear function. According to this function, the OPA is classified into positive amplification, positive offset, positive amplification negative offset, negative amplification positive offset and negative amplification negative offset four types of configuration. The design method and designed circuit of each possible configuration of OPA are also presented.
