经胸二维与三维超声心动图测量房间隔缺损最大直径的对比研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:对比经胸二维和三维超声心动图测量房间隔缺损的准确性。方法:在32例先天性心脏病房间隔缺损患者中行经胸二维和多平面经胸三维超声心动图检查,测量房间隔缺损的最大直径,并与手术实测值对比。结果:经胸二维超声所测房间隔缺损最大直径(2.1±0.8cm)与手术实测值(2.5±0.6cm)呈中度相关(r=0.83),两组数值间有显著性差异(P<0.05);多平面经胸三维超声所测房间隔缺损最大直径(2.4±0.7cm)与手术实测值呈高度相关(r=0.92),两组数值间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:对于房间隔缺损最大直径的测量,经胸二维超声的准确性较低,目前尚不能完全满足临床需要;而多平面经胸三维超声具有较高的准确性。 Objective:In order to compare the accuracy of transthomcic two-dimensional and three-dimensional echocardiography in the measurement of atrial septal defect diameter.Methods:32 patients with atrial septal defect were examined with transthoracic two-dimensional and muhiplane three-dimensional echoeardiography. With the atrial septal defect diameter measured in operation as the standard,the diagnostic accuracy of transthoracic two-dimensional and three-dimensional echocardiography was evaluated. Results:The atrial septal defect diameters measured by transthomcic two-dimensional echocardiography correlated moderately with that measured in operation ( r =0.83); while the diameters measured with multiplane transthoraeic three-dimensional echoeardiography correlated highly with that measured in operation ( r = 0.92). Conclusion:The accuracy of transthoracic two-dimensional echocardiography is dissatisfactory in the measurement of atrial septal defect diameter, while the transthomcic mtdtiplane three-dimensional echocardiography is more accurate.
