老年性白内障患者血清中一氧化氮和总超氧化物歧化酶测定及意义 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]探索一氧化氮和总超氧化物歧化酶(T-SOD)与老年性白内障(SC)发病的关系。[方法]应用硝酸盐还原法和黄嘌呤氧化酶法分别检测128例SC患者以及100例健康老年人血清NO含量和T-SOD活力。[结果]SC患者血清NO含量较正常对照组显著升高(P<0.01);SC患者血清SOD水平较正常对照组显著降低(P<0.01)。[结论]血清NO含量升高、血清SOD活力降低与老年性白内障发病有联系。 [ Objective ] To investigate the relationship of nitric oxide ( NO ) and superoxide dismutase ( SOD ) with the pathogenesis of cataract. [ Methods ] Using nitric acid reductase method and xanthine oxidase method,the levels of NO and T-SOD in sera obtained from 128 senile cataract patients and 100 senile normal volunteers were determined. [ Results] The levels of NO in serum of senile cataract group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). The levels of SOD in serum of senile cataract patients were much lower than those of control group ( P 〈 0. 01 ). [ Conclusion] The levels of NO and T - SOD are related to the pathogenesis of catarat.
