摘要
目的:探讨益肾胶囊治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选择63例糖尿病肾病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,共治疗6个月,检测尿α-MG、血ET-1、血TNF-α等指标,并进行相关统计学分析。结果:益肾胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病总有效率为96.7%,各组指标均优于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:益肾胶囊是治疗糖尿病肾病的有效方剂。
Objective：To discuss the clinical curative effect on early typediabetic nephropathy using yishen capsule.Methods：Sixty- three type diabetic patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and yishen capsule treatment group. Results：Urinary β2 - microglobulin excretion and plasma endothelin - 1 levels in yishen capsule treatment group were significantly docreased after 24 weeks treatment, Conclusion： Yishen capsule is effective in treating early type diabetic nephropathy with deficiency,
