外伤性迟发性脑内血肿的CT表现(附42例分析)

CT Findings of Traumatic Delayed Intracebral Hematoma (Analysis of 42 Cases)

目的:探讨外伤性迟发性脑内血肿的CT表现,以及这些表现对迟发性脑内血肿的诊断意义。材料与方法:对42例外伤性迟发性脑内血肿病人首次CT表现及复查CT表现特点进行分析。结果:42例迟发性脑内血肿首次主要CT表现为:1、脑内出现灰白质不清的低密度影。2、蛛网膜下腔出血。3、局部轻度脑占位效应。4、硬膜下血肿。结论:脑外伤后CT检查时,如出现局部脑实质密度减低;蛛网膜下腔出血;脑占位效应及硬膜下血肿,应做CT复查。

purpose： To study the CT manifestations of delayed traumatic of the brain and their diagnostic significance in the delayed traumatic brain bematoma. Materials and Methods： The mainifestation of initial CT studies and follow- up CT examinations of 42 delayed traumarie brain bematomas were analyzed. Results： The abnormal findings of cr studies of the 42 delayed traumatic brain hematomas included： 1、The decreased of density of local brain parenehyma, the disappeared difference between the gray and white matter; 2、 Local subarae｜moid space hemorrhage; 3、 Slight mass effect of local brain parenehyma; 4、 Subdural hematoma. Conclusion： The decrease of density of local brain parenehyma， Local subarachnoid space hemorrhage and local swollen of brain presented in the initial CT study of the patient trauma and it is necessary to do follow- up CT studies to exclude it。
