成年人不同年龄组人白细胞抗原-DR_α单核细胞百分率参考值探讨

Reference Value Determination of HLA-DR_α Percentage in Adults

目的:探讨武汉地区成人不同年龄组人白细胞抗原-DRα(HLA-DRα)单核细胞百分率正常参考值。方法:选取637例成年人不同年龄组的血标本,用贴壁法分离出单核细胞,用流式细胞仪进行HLA-DRα检测,得出不同性别及不同年龄组的单核细胞表达HLA-DRα百分率的值,并根据不同性别、不同年龄组分别进行比较分析。结果:单核细胞表达HLA-DRα百分率正常参考值在不同性别及年龄组之间差异无显著性,为10.12%。结论:武汉地区正常成人单核细胞表达HLA-DRα百分率可作为诊断单核细胞免疫功能的参考标准。

Objective： To measure the normal value range of human leucocyte antigen-DRα（HLA-DRα） in Chinese adults in the area of Wuhan. Method： HLA-DRα values were measured through flow cytometry in monocytes isolated from adults blood specimens. Results： There are no difference in HLA-Drα value among different sex and age group, with the mean value of 10.12%. Conclusion： The percentage of HLA-DRα in Wuhan adults may stand for the reference range to evaluate immune function of monocytes.
