胰岛素样生长因子-1与老年缺血性脑血管病及其脂代谢的相关性研究 被引量:3

Correlation between serum insulin-like growth factor-1 and lipid metabolic disorder in aged patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases

摘要 目的探讨老年缺血性脑血管病(ICVD)患者血清胰岛素样生长因子1(IGF1)和血清脂类水平的临床意义及相互关系。方法检测130例ICVD患者血清IGF1和总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)和脂蛋白(a)[LP(a)]的水平,并与43名健康老年人比较。结果脑动脉硬化、短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)和脑梗死(CI)急性期患者血清IGF1的含量均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。TIA伴有梗死灶者血清IGF1的含量较无梗死灶者更低(P<0.05)。脑血管病组总TC、TG、LDLC和LP(a)水平均较健康老年组升高(P<0.05)。老年缺血性脑血管病组IGF1水平与TC、TG、LDL、LP(a)水平呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论血清IGF1与老年ICVD的发生发展及其脂代谢紊乱密切相关,并在脑梗死的缺血再灌注过程中发挥作用。 Objective To investigate the changes of the serum level of insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and lipid as well as their correlation in aged patients with ischemic cerebrovascular diseases(ICVD). Methods Serum level of IGF-1, Lipoprotein(a) [LP (a)], total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG) and low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were detected in 130 cases of aged ICVD, as well as in 43 cases of healthy aged control. Results IGF-1 level in aged ICVD group was remarkably lower than that in control(P〈0.05), and the levels of LP(a) ,TC, TG and LDL-C in aged ICVD group were significantly higher than that in control (P〈 0.05). The serum IGF-1 level in TIA patients with infarction was lower than those without infarction (P〈0.05). In aged ICVD group, the serum IGF-1 level was negatively correlated with LP(a),TC, TG and LDL-C level (P〈0.01). Conclusion IGF-1 decreased in the patients of aged ICVD, which shows a close relationship about the disorder of lipid metabolism, and may play a certain role in the course of occurrence and development of aged ICVD.
