神经妥乐平在高龄原发性三叉神经痛患者中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察应用神经妥乐平在高龄原发性三叉神经痛患者的临床效果和安全性。方法应用数字评分法对23例原发性三叉神经痛患者疼痛进行评估并比较治疗前后的结果。结果患者治疗后疼痛程度下降。结论神经妥乐平对高龄三叉神经痛患者的止痛效果明显,安全性高。 Objective To observe the effect and safety of neurotropin on essential trigeminal neuralgia in aged patients. Methods The numeric rating scales (NRS) of the aged patients was used to evaluate before and after treatment. Results The score of NRS decreased significantly after neuiotropin injection. Conclusion Neurotropin injection may be an effective and safe treatment on essential trigeminal neuralgia.
