UNIX主机和网络是信息化应用的基础,提高其管理和维护水平的重要途径是实现其定量管理。湖北省国税局开发的“主机和网络实时监控系统”,在UNIX主机和网络定量管理上作了一些探索,能对广域网和IBMRS/6000UNIX主机,实现实时量化监控,并能进行定量分析和考核,较大地提高了UNIX主机和网络维护和管理水平。同时该系统具有较好的兼容性和扩展性,可以实时监控各种UNIX主机(如HP、SGI)和网络,并能进行定量分析和考核。

UNIX server and network is the base of the application of information. A important way in promoting the management and maintenance level of UNIX server ＆network is realizing quantitative administration. Hubei-National-Revenue made some explore in UNIX server ＆ network quantitative administration, developed ＇Network ＆ Server realtime Monitoring System＇ which could realize realtime quantitative monitoring for Wide-Area-Network and IBM RS/6000 server ,which could greatly promote the management and maintenance level of UNIX server ＆ network. At the same time, the compatibility and expansibility of this system help us realize the realtime monitoring in many kinds of UNIX server （e.q. HP, SGI） ＆ network, and quantitative Analysis ＆ examination.
