摘要
利用虚拟仪器技术构建了汽车传动轴防尘罩测试装置的状态检测和控制,在LabVIEW7.1编程环境下通过串行通信采集数据信息,对数据进行分析、存储和显示等处理,利用LabSQL实现了LabVIEW与数据库之间的数据传递。通过对系统操作状态、传感器和执行器状态、生产工艺流程状态的检测,实现对整个控制系统的状态检测和优化控制。该系统开发周期短,优于传统控制方法,具有广泛的发展前景。
This paper introduces the successful application of PLC and frequency converter in the high-low temperature control system of dust cover of transmission shaft of the automobile,And then it analyses and proves the system design philosophy in control scheme and structure of the software and hardware.The paper also discusses and proposes about the automatically controlled workflow.Especially it introduces the principle and structure of temperature predicts that is used in the control system of temperature and explains temperature predicts that is suitable for being accused of the target for pure two steps of inertia link that lag behind.This algorithm is superior to routine PID alclorithm.
