摘要
在管材弯曲加工过程中,会出现椭圆变形、弯曲回弹、壁厚变薄等现象。基于上述现象产生原因的分析和试验,提出一些切合实际的解决办法,列出必要的计算公式。
In tube bending processing,elliptical deformation,wall thinning and resilience have often been seen.Based on the analysis and tests,some approaches are found and the calculation equations of tube bending moment are derived.
