摘要
对所选取的不同批样本进行归一化处理后,就可以在较短的试验周期内获得较长寿命剖面上产品的可靠性数据,使可靠性评估工作变得可行,评估结果可信、合理。以高压开关管为例,介绍了不同批样本的归一化处理方法。
