摘要
建立了紫外分光光度法测定L-抗坏血酸多聚磷酸酯中有效维生素C含量的方法。该方法结果准确、稳定、RSD<1%,在线性范围内,相关系数R=0.9995。对于生产和质量控制具有积极的指导意义。
In this paper, we build an method of effective vitamin C in LAPP by UV-spectrometer. This method consists in high precision,good repetition of analytical results,satisfied linearity relation and reclaimrate,and can be used to provide essential data for technological innovation of LAPP.
