摘要
研究和探讨现代护理质量管理体系,提高护理品质。方法回顾分析我院从1998年开始至今护理质量管理评价体系的建立和改进情况。以全面质量管理、人员素质绩效评价、护理活动质量管理评价、以人为本质量管理评价以及其他质量评价制度等方面的质量评价体系建立和实施为切入点,对现阶段的护理质量管理评价进行了探讨和研究。结果护理质量管理的全面开展,不仅提高了护士的职业素质、服务态度,提高了护理质量的满意度。而且培养了一批护理管理者。结论医院护理质量管理有助于提高人群的健康,有助于医院社会、经济效益的显著提高,实行双赢。
To research modern nursing quality management system in order to improve nursing quality. Method： Analysis establishment and improvement of nursing quality management system from 1988 to now. This system includes total quality management, human performance evaluation, nursing quality management evaluation, quality management evaluation of “person first”. This article probes and researches this nursing quality management system. Result： total quality management improves nurses professional characters, services attitude and improve satisfaction of nursing quality. Moreover, some nursing managers groups up. Conclusion; nursing quality management is helpful for patient＇s recovery and to improve both social and economic benefits.
