Influence of cardiac rehabilitation on blood lipid levels in patients with coronary artery disease after PTCA

目的:探讨心脏康复治疗对经皮冠状动脉腔内成形术(PTCA)后患者血脂的影响。方法:224例行PTCA 术后的患者被分为康复组(110例)和PTCA 对照组(114例),康复组接受运动康复治疗,而对照组不参加任何运动训练。分别测量两组患者入选时及治疗8周后的血脂水平。结果:经过8周心脏康复治疗,康复组患者血脂水平低于对照组(P<0. 05) 。结论:心脏康复治疗能明显改善PTCA 术后患者的血脂水平。

Objective： To determine the effects of cardiac rehabilitation on blood lipid in patents with pereutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty （PTCA）. Methods： A total of 224 patients treated with PTCA were randomly assigned to rehabilitation group （n= 110） and PTCA control group （n= 114）. The patients of rehabilitation group underwent rehabilitation program, whereas the PTCA control group did not participate in such a program. The blood lipid level of two groups was measured on entry and 8 weeks after treatment. Results： Blood lipid levels of rehabilitation group significantly improved compared with PTCA control group after 8 weeks treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Cardiac rehabilitation can improve the blood lipid levels of patients with PTCA.
