复方丹参对冠心病基质金属蛋白酶-9和肿瘤坏死因子-α的影响

Effects of complex prescription danshen root drop pill on MMP-9 and TNF-α levels in patients with coronary heart disease

目的:观察复方丹参滴丸治疗稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者4周后血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9) 和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)的变化,以了解复方丹参滴丸治疗对斑块稳定性的影响。方法:60例SAP 患者被分为复方丹参滴丸治疗组和常规治疗组,测定治疗前后MMP-9和TNF-α水平。结果:复方丹参滴丸治疗组MMP-9和TNF-α水平较治疗前及对照组明显降低(P 均<0. 01) 。结论:复方丹参滴丸治疗可明显降低稳定型心绞痛患者炎症因子MMP- 9和TNF-α水平,有利于稳定动脉粥样硬化斑块。

Objective： To observe the effects of complex prescription danshen root drop pill （CDD） on matrix matalloproteinase-9 （MMP-9） and tumor necrosis faetor-α （TNF-α） levels in patients with stable angina peetoris （SAP）.Methods： Sixty SAP patients were randomly divided into either the CDD group （observe group） or the control group.The levels of MMP-9 and TNF-α before and after treatment were detected. Results： After treatment, the levels of MMP-9 and TNF-α in CDD group significantly decreased compared with levels before treatment and those of controlgroup （P〈0.01 all）, Conclusion： Complex prescription danshen root drop pill treatment can decrease levels of inflammatory factors such as MMP-9 and TNF-α in patients with stable angina peetoris, so it may benefit to atherosclerotic plaque stabilization.
