替米沙坦联合贝那普利治疗充血性心力衰竭的疗效观察

Efficacy of telmisartan combined with benazepril in patients with congestive heart failure

目的:探讨替米沙坦联合贝那普利治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)的临床疗效。方法:70例CHF 患者随机分成治疗组和对照组:治疗组给予替米沙坦80 mg/d,贝那普利10 mg/d,对照组给予贝那普利10 mg/d 及安慰剂治疗。两组基础治疗相同,疗程6个月。观察治疗前后两组患者的临床症状,超声心动图心功能指标,6 min 步行距离的变化。结果:两组治疗前、后相比左室射血分数(LVEF)、每搏量(SV)、心脏指数(CI)、6min 步行距离均有显著改善(P<0. 01) ,治疗组6 min 步行距离的改善优于对照组(P<0. 05) 。结论:替米沙坦联合贝那普利比单用贝那普利治疗CHF 可以取得更好的疗效。

Objective ： To evaluate the clinical therapeutic efficacy of telmisartan combined with benazepril in patients with congestive heart failure （CHF）. Methods ： A total of 70 patients with CHF were randomly divided into treatment group （n= 38） and the CHF control group （n= 32）. The clinical therapeutic efficacy and LVEF, SV, CI, 6 min walk trial and adverse reactions were analyzed. Results ： The clinical therapeutic efficacy and LVEF, SV, CI, 6 rain walk trial in two groups were all significantly ameliorated after teatment （P〈0. 01） but the 6 rain walk trial were better in treatment group than that of CHF control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Telmisartan combined with benazepril possesses more effects on treating patient with CHF compared with alone benazepril treatment.
