摘要
介绍了一种基于实时操作系统RTX51的温度控制系统。该系统能够设置监测温度的上、下限,具有温度超限报警功能,提供了两个控制温度用的功率接口,设有一个串行通信接口,可以将读取到的温度传送到PC机中供进一步处理。其硬件部分主要采用AT89C55和数字温度传感器AD7416,软件部分的设计则利用了RTX51。文中给出了硬件电路,比较详细地讨论了系统软件的设计方法。将RTX51应用到温度控制系统的设计中,大大提高了系统的稳定性和可靠性;同时,由于采用多任务设计,软件的模块化程度高,降低了软件开发的复杂性,提高了软件开发的效率。
This paper introduces a kind of temperature control system based on RTXS1. In the system, high and low temperature limits can be set and an over-temperature warning function will be activated when the specified limit is exceeded,and two power interfaces are presented as well, which are used for temperature control. Besides, a serial interface is provided to allow the reading of temperatrue to be uploaded to a PC for further processing. The hardware of the system is designed with AD7416 and AT89C55, and its software is based on RTX51. The way to program the system software is discussed in detail,and the hardware circuit diagram is also presented.
