平朔矿区生态经济重建的意义及其内容

Significances and Contents of Eco-Economic Reconstruction in Pingshuo Mine Area

以处于生产鼎盛期的全国最大露天煤矿之一的平朔矿区为例,针对它与区域生态经济紧密相关的特点,分析它在生态经济方面存在的问题,研究生态经济重建对资源型区域可持续发展的作用,提出生态经济重建的主要内容。

Regions depended on mineral resources would be confronted with economic development problems after the resources were used up. Poverty problems in many cities with resources exhausted provided us with the examples and lessons. This paper used Pingshuo Mine Area which was at the height of coal exploitation as the example, based on its relativities with the regional economic development, analyzed the problems existing in the mine area sustainable development and put forward the significances in the sustainable development and contents of eco- ecoomic reconstruction in Pingshuo Mine Area.
