旅游可持续发展的管理框架

Management Framework of Sustainable Tourism Development

分析了已有的研究成果,指出我国旅游可持续发展(STD)研究中在指标选择和权重确定、指标原则和度量方法以及预警与监督机制等方面存在的问题,阐释了STD管理框架的四个基本特征,并从明确区域旅游特征、实施调查、选择指标、确定权重、制定标准、拟定并挑选最优方案、监督反馈、实现管理目标八个方面构建了STD管理框架,最后依据实地经济发展水平及旅游发展水平提出了STD管理框架的四种类型。

Through analyzing the established research of sustainable tourism development（STD） in China, the paper pointed out the following problems in index selection and weight determination, index principles and measure methods, precaution and supervision system, interpreted the four basic features of STD management framework and constructed management framework from defining regional tourism characteristic, implementing investigation, selecting index, determinating weight, making standard, drafting and selecting the optimum scheme, supervising and reflecting to realize objective on the basis of sustainable development theory in and abroad,and put forward the four types of STD management framework according to the level of the local economic development and tourism development.
