摘要
职位分类制度是加强公务员管理的重要制度之一,自美国开创职位分类制度以来,各国纷纷推行公务员职位分类制度.但是,各国的职位分类制度各有特色,各有优劣.本文旨在利用国外公务员职位分类制度中值得借鉴的部分完善我国公务员职位分类制度.
The system of the civil servant position classification is one of the most important systems to eachance managent of civil servant. The system has been carried out in many countries since such kind system initiated in America. The thesis tries to compare the systems carried out by some countries and analyes their advantages or disadvantages. The thesis also tries to find out some useful points in the systems of other countries for carrying out the system for reference in our country.
