摘要
以固体超强酸La/SO42-/C为多相催化剂,通过环己酮和乙二醇反应合成了环己酮缩乙二醇,探讨La/SO42-/C对缩酮反应的催化活性,较系统地研究了酮醇摩尔比,催化剂用量,反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响。实验表明:La/SO42-/C是合成环己酮缩乙二醇的良好催化剂,在酮醇摩尔比为1∶1.5,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的1.5%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间60m in的条件下,环己酮缩乙二醇的收率可达90.6%。
Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol in the presence of La/SO4^2-/C, and factors affecting the reaction were discussed including molar ratio of cyclohexanone to ethylene glycol, amount of catalyst and reaction time. The optimal condition was molar ratio of cyclohexanone to ethylene glycol with 1 : 1.5, 1.5% of catalyst, cyclohexane as water- entraining agent, reaction at 108 - 120℃ for 60 rain, and the yield of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal could be reach to over 90.6%.
