摘要
以ODS色谱柱,UV246nm为检测波长,用甲醇:水=90∶10(V/V)作为流动相,在ODS色谱柱上同柱液相色谱法测定三唑磷、毒死蜱的含量.方法的变异系数三唑磷为0.41% ,毒死蜱为0.35%,三唑磷的回收率为98.9～100.7%,毒死蜱回收率为99.5%～100.6%.相关系数三唑磷为0.9968,毒死蜱为0.9999.
Triazophos mad chlorpyrifos from an emulsion were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The isolation was performed on an ODS column eluted with 90% methanol and detected at 246 nm. The variation coefficients of triazophos and chlorpyrifos were 0.41% and 0. 35%, recoveries were 98.9～100.7% for triazophos and 99.5～100.6% for chlorpyrifos, and linear correlations were 0. 9968 and 0. 9999 respectively.
