摘要
研究用乳状液膜法处理对硝基酚工业废水,对液膜材料、表面活性剂用量、膜增强剂用量、内水相浓度、油内比、乳水比、制膜转速和时间、乳水混合转速和时间以及外水相pH值进行了探讨和研究,试验确定了各种参数之间的最佳组合方案为煤油96mL,Span80为4mL,液体石蜡2mL,内水相NaOH溶液浓度为2%,油内比2:1,乳水比1:3,制膜速度为1790r/min,制膜时间30min,乳水混合速度190r/min,混合时间15min.实验结果表明:采用本实验室制备的乳状液膜处理高浓度对硝基酚工业废水,n=6时,硝基酚的平均去除率为98.67%,RSD为0.31%;COD平均去除率为77.44%,RSD为1.98%.
The method of treating nitrophenol wastewater by the emulsion liquid membrane is described.The effects of various experimental parameters, such as the concentration of surfactant and internal phase reagent, the proportion of oil and internal phase reagent, the proportion of emulsion and water, the contact time of emulsion and water and pH of wastewater phase etc have been detailedly studied. The experimental results indicate that the purification rate of Nitrophenol has reached 98.67% the purification rate of RSD has reached 0.31% and the purification rate of COD has reached 77.44% by using the emulsion liquid membrane of our study, when“ n” = 6.
