摘要 目的研究p53、PCNA及bcl-2基因在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中异常表达与肿瘤病理分级和临床分期之间的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测88例膀胱移行细胞癌标本中p53、C-erbB-2和bcl-2基因的表达水平。结果88例膀胱移行细胞癌标本中p53、bcl-2基因的阳性表达率分别为58%和63.3%;PCNALI为34.6±18.2。p53、bcl-2和PCNA异常表达与膀胱癌的病理分级和临床分期之间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论p53、PCNA和bcl-2基因异常表达在膀胱癌发生发展中起重要作用,为临床病理诊断及估计预后提供了参考指标。 Objective To study the protein expression of p53,PCNA and bcl-2 in transitional cell carcinoma of the urinary bladder and its significances to pathological grading and clinical staging of this cancer, Methods The immunohistochemical staining was used to evaluate the expression of p53,bcl-2 and PCNA in 88 cases of transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder. Results The positive rate of p53 and bcl-2 expression products was 58% and 63. 3% respectively, the PCNA label index( PCNA LI) was 34. 6±18.2, The expression products of p53 ,bcl-2 and PCNA were found to be positively correlated with the degree of differentiation and the clinical staging, Conclusions The rcsults suggest that abnormal expression of p53.bcl-2 and PCNA plays an important role in occurrence and development of the transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder, These findings suggest that the detection of those expression is more valuable for help to pathological diagnosis, prognosis and recurrence.
