摘要
目的探讨禁食状态下小肠传输功能的变化并初步探讨其改变原因。方法20只大鼠随机分为正常组及禁食组两组,禁食后记录两组大鼠的小肠传输速率,然后测定小肠肌间神经丛胆碱能神经和氮能神经含量。结果与正常大鼠相比,禁食大鼠小肠传输速率明显变慢,小肠肌间神经丛胆碱能神经含量减少,但氮能神经含量增加。结论禁食损伤小肠运输功能可能与小肠肌间神经丛胆碱能神经以及氮能神经改变有关。
Objective To clarify the changes of intestinal transit in fasting rats. Methods Twenty wistar rats were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group (n=12) and fasting group(n=8).The rate of intestinal transit was recorded and nitrergic and cholinergic nerves in the myenteric plexus of rat intestine were investigated. Results In the rats of fasting group, the rate of intestinal transit was delayed compared with control group, the content of nitrergic nerves in the myenteric plexus of rat intestine higher than that in those of control group, but the content of cholinergic nerves in the myenteric nerves of intestine was lower than that in those of control group. Conclusion It was found in our study that the change of intestinal transit in fasting rats is correlated with the change of nitrergic and cholinergic nerves in the myenteric plexus of rat intestine,
