摘要
系统研究了氨基甲酸酯土豆淀粉浆料的合成与浆纱性能。指出作为纺织浆料用的氨基甲酸酯淀粉的取代度应在0．06～0．07之间,最佳的合成工艺条件为：浸泡时间1h；pH 值为6；尿素占淀粉用量的6%；焙烘温度150℃；焙烘时间 1．6h。
In this paper,the synthesis and sizing properties of carbamate potato starch are systematically studied.The study results show that the degree of substitution of such size should be between 0.06 and 0.07 and the optimal process conditions for synthesizing are as follows:time of dipping=I h;pH=6;urea/ starch=6%;baking temperature=150℃ and baking time=1.6 h.
