通过对电子商务的特点与优势的介绍,结合国内外文献网络采购的例子和开展此项工作的经验,对通过网络采购文献作进一步的分析,指出图书馆文献网上采购电子商务化是必然趋势。

Based on the introduction of the characteristics and advantages of e - Business, the examples of the literature acquisition at home and aboard, and the experiences of how to develop it,this paper further analyses literature purchasing on the network, and points that a trend for library literature acquisition through e - Business is inevitable.
