摘要
图书馆人力资源管理的制度安排以实现馆员与图书馆之间、馆员与馆员之间以及馆员自身的和谐为根本出发点和最终归宿;基础性和谐、匹配性和谐、适应性和谐和功能性和谐,是“和谐”内涵在图书馆人力资源管理制度安排中的集中体现;实现人力资源管理各个环节上的制度规则和谐、发挥馆员在制度创建中的主动性和创造性、建立动态的个体和团体学习机制、加强自身文化建设,是实现图书馆人力资源管理制度安排和谐的策略选择。
